Red Bank Battlefield Park Engagement Session | Louise + Michael
Louise & Michael’s Engagement at Red Bank Battlefield Park
October 23rd at Red Bank Battlefield Park gave us one of those sessions you just don’t forget. The wind was wild, the skies dramatic, and Louise and Michael brought a warmth and energy that made the entire shoot feel like magic.
Despite the wind, Louise and Michael embraced the chaos. The result? Candid, joy-filled moments that felt completely true to who they are. Every gust only made the session more dynamic, more alive. And between the laughter, there were quiet pockets of conversation and connection that revealed how deeply these two know and love each other.
Michael shared stories about how they met, and how early on, he knew Louise was the one. You could hear it in his voice and see it in the way he looked at her. There’s something powerful about documenting a relationship that’s so clearly rooted in friendship, respect, and love.
Red Bank Battlefield Park offered a stunning autumn palette. Crisp leaves, river views, and enough open space to let candid moments unfold naturally. Whether we were capturing spontaneous laughter or soft stillness, it was clear that this session was as much about who they are as it was about where we were.
As a New Jersey and Philadelphia engagement photographer, sessions like these are a dream to document. Real connection in a beautiful place with a couple who feels like themselves in front of the camera.
Louise and Michael, thank you for trusting me to document your story. I cannot wait for your wedding day.
