My Name is Anton Drummond

I am a Philadelphia-based photographer and I have specialized in wedding photography for the past nine years. I absolutely love what I do as well as all of the perks that come with being a wedding photographer. I enjoy the people that I meet, the places I get to see, and the spontaneous nature of the shoot. My schedule allows me to do what I love the most, which is to spend quality time with my family, my wife, three kids, and two dogs (one big, one little).

I started shooting weddings as a second photographer and to be honest, I never thought it would be something that I would enjoy so much. My idea of what it was like to be a wedding photographer was cliche to say the least. Growing up, I used to look through my family photo albums and think to myself how boring and monotone the pictures were, especially the wedding pictures. I figured if the pictures were boring and monotone, then the same must be true of the wedding, right? I simply did not want to be that guy that had to take those boring pictures. Then one day I was asked to work as a second shooter at a wedding. Though I was a little hesitant at first, I went along and I had an amazing time. Everything was perfect-from the bride getting ready to walk down the aisle to meet her groom, and the groom trying to shake off the anxiety (that ultimately leaks out in the form of tears when he sees his bride); the families; the emotion; the camaraderie, and the love. Everything was perfect, and from that moment forward I was hooked.

I am passionate about life, and my job as a wedding photographer has allowed me to capture snippets of peoples’ lives in their most beautiful and purest of moments. But more importantly, it has helped me to make sure my clients, their children, grandchildren, etc., will never have to look at boring and monotone pictures.

I look forward to working with you to capture those beautiful moments that tells your story. Cheers!
