Jacqueline and Derek’s wedding day was everything you hope for in a spring wedding in Philadelphia. Beautiful weather emotional moments and some of the city’s most iconic locations all came together for an unforgettable celebration.
The day began at Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia where Jacqueline got ready surrounded by her closest friends and family. The excitement throughout the morning built naturally as everyone prepared for the ceremony ahead.
Their ceremony at St. Paul Parish was emotional intimate and filled with love. Family and friends gathered to witness them exchange vows in a setting that felt timeless and deeply meaningful.
After the ceremony we explored parts of the Italian Market for bride and groom portraits. The vibrant colors classic storefronts and unmistakable Philadelphia energy created the perfect setting for photos. Jacqueline and Derek were relaxed joyful and completely present with each other which made every moment feel natural and genuine.
Guests then made their way to The Moshulu for cocktail hour and the reception. Docked along the Philadelphia waterfront The Moshulu gave us incredible opportunities for portraits both aboard the ship and along the riverfront as the evening light settled across the water.
Inside the reception the atmosphere was filled with warmth laughter and celebration. Some of the most memorable moments of the evening came during the speeches from the maid of honor and best man. Their words were emotional heartfelt and full of stories memories and love for Jacqueline and Derek, making the room laugh tear up and reflect on the journey that brought everyone together that day.
